DELIVERIES
Please ensure someone will be home to receive your order on your scheduled date and time.
This includes surprise deliveries.
Due to perishability we don't leave packages without confirming receipt of the item.
If an order is unable to be delivered on the scheduled date and time, an alternate date/time will have to be scheduled (based on availability) and will come with additional fees for the re-creation and delivery of the new order.
PICKUPS
Please note although we offer pickup we are not a store front where products are available at all times. We are a fully licensed home based business who follows a very set schedule. Please ensure to arrive on time when picking up orders and give us a quick call if you will be running late.

No refunds on orders cancelled less then 72 hrs
